From the office staff who answered the phone to the plumber who came out, Transou’s Plumbing and Electric was very impressive. I spoke to Megan on a Monday morning and she was kind, helpful, and also just fun to speak with given the resin for my call. Early Tuesday afternoon Zachary came to our home (with notice of being in the way first which was appreciated). He was respectful, efficient, and even educated us on some things! Turns out the job was easier than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. He even left us with a fun business card that was a squeaky duck which our toddler loves! Highly recommend this company, they hire great people who will take great care of their customers.

Transou's Plumbing is THE BEST... Recently decided to put a stop to wasting $$ and water that was constantly running in my toilet tank (which toilet was over 20 yrs old). Found a coupon, contacted Transou's and after weighing my options, got a '2 for 1' deal ... and now have 2 brand new toilets. I am so happy. Irash and Steve were very professional and didn't mind my asking any questions. The work performed was outstanding and done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Transou's for any plumbing work you need done and you'll be lucky if they send Irash and Steve!

110% would recommend Seth and the crew for any jobs that you need. Starting with explaining the whole process and being there and keeping us up to date about the whole thing. They were very very professional and made sure the job was done right. The ladies in the office were amazing as well. Helping us every step of the way and making sure we knew what was going on. In My book they are a 12/10 and we would definitely recommend booking with them. Can't say enough great things about them!!

When I couldn't reach our regular plumber I went to Google and found Transou's. From first contact they were not only friendly but very efficient. Within an hour they were on property and handling the situation. Seth was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. The work was very thorough and professional. We had a great experience with this company recently. The communication was excellent which is very important to me. After scheduling an appointment to get our septic tank cleaned out, I was contacted the day before to confirm the appointment. The service tech called when he was on the way to our home. I then received a call the day after the service to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. The service techs were very professional and did a great job, providing clear communication and photos of the work performed, and testing the work before they left. I highly recommend this company.

Hiring a new company to work on your home is always a toss up, but I really got it right the first time by hiring Transou's Plumbing & Sepic. The whole process was smooth & timely. I can’t say enough good things about Transou Plumbing. I am somewhat new to town and bid a new water main from the street to the house. I took three bids. Two guys, Rigo and Steven, arrived the day I called. Rigo was the only person who said he first had to call in the permit, call 811 for gas lines, install an expansion tank, and would do everything to code. I confirmed they did not cut a single corner, when the HP inspector walked through. He said their workmanship was excellent but wanted them to make the main shut off closer. Rigo came back the very next day and fixed it at no charge. Both Rigo and Steven are exceptional craftsmen and the bid/negotiation process was a breeze with the office. A first-class operation from top to bottom. You will not be disappointed.

We had our main water line break. Contacted 8 local companies. Only 3 returned my call. As much as I HATE to pay $5350.00 for a water line & comparing to the average cost per foot, Transou's seems to be fair. We had about 180 feet, which came to 30 dollars per foot. These men worked seamlessly! They even placed the large rocks they pulled out of yard into our landscaping. This company is FANTASTIC! Desire' in the office was organized, communicated flawlessly, and is KIND. The trench digger was incredible. All new piping inside was done neatly, efficiently, and all wrapped in foam. Praying this lasts 40 years with no issues. I highly recommend this trustworthy company!

Needed a water heater and my neighbor recommended Transou. Their tech Daniel came out to have a look, and he and Steven came out to replace it the next day. Installed everything necessary to bring the new system up to code, worked quickly and thoroughly, and the pricing was fair. Everyone including the folks I talked to on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the guys did a great job. Will need some more work done going forward and will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying this is the first review I have EVER submitted for a service. As a customer, when you pay a company there is always some level of expectation. This company exceeded my expectations in every way! After hearing some strange noises from my plumbing, I had Transou’s out to check my septic tank. They were punctual and arrived within the window of time that was communicated by their dispatcher. They even called to alert me when they were twenty minutes from our home. They asked several detailed questions to ensure a septic tank inspection was required. Once they determined this was the correct course of action, they explained the process thoroughly before getting to work. They located the clean out port and filter access port on my septic tank quickly and accurately. The process does require some digging. However, they made two very precise holes in my yard and replaced the dirt when they were finished. This is my first home with a septic tank so I took advantage of their knowledge and experience by asking several questions throughout the process. They were very understanding and happy to educate me on how the system works and what I should be doing for periodic septic system maintenance. I was thoroughly impressed with their punctuality, precision, professionalism and kindness. They have earned a customer for life. Small businesses live and die by their reputation within the community and word of mouth reviews. This company understands this and it shows in the way they conduct their business. I would have zero hesitation recommending this company to anyone!
